What are your goals for learning English?
Do you want to improve your conversation skills? Business English? Do you want to master our treacherous grammar? Or maybe you just want help with your weekly homework.
I am TEFL certified and my main focus is on TPR and TPRS, so that you will feel more natural speaking English. I want you to AQUIRE this language, and NOT just cram a bunch of information into your head temporarily. Of course we will talk about grammar, but I want to keep the main focus on conversational practice and reading/listening comprehension.
I included a list below of the different English classes I offer. They will all include the same methods and concepts.

Methods and Types of English lessons that I Teach
Methods include:
TPR and TPRS
Dialogues with a breakdown of the phrases and vocabulary.
Reading and listening comprehension, such as reading stories to each other and answering questions about them.
"Eye-Spy", where we look at busy pictures and talk about different items we see in them.
Flash cards
Many different games
Role playing

There are several quizzes to take in the "Quizzes" section in the menu. I will be adding a new quiz every week so keep checking back. You will receive an evaluation immediately upon completion so you can check your answers. Take the quizzes as many times as you would like!

About me
Who am I? I'm Coleman of course. I'm from a small town called "Greer" in South Carolina, USA.
On a deeper level I'm someone that really enjoys learning about other cultures and their languages, that's why I've studied many different languages over the years. I studied a lot of German in school but I really enjoyed learning Russian much more. I speak basic conversational Russian and am still learning everyday. My favorite Russian city is Yoshkar-ola.
One of my favorite nerdy topics is etymology. Ahh yes, it just makes everything in the world make more sense because we can see where words come from and why they are the way they are.
I love to travel and meet new people because it gives me a new perspective on life. Seeing life through the eyes of someone halfway around the world! I always try to find a middle-ground with everyone I meet because if everyone would just understand each other better, there'd be a lot less conflict.
